Built for parents who are ready to do the work

Our hands-on engagements are for UHNW families who recognize that financial capital alone will not sustain their family across generations. These are families who want their children to become builders, not beneficiaries—and who are willing to invest in intentional, sustained effort to make that happen.

Our coaching equips parents with the frameworks, tools, and accountability they need to become the architects of their family's human capital.

Before we work together, we need to share the same beliefs

Values alignment is a prerequisite, not a formality. We work best with families who already believe these things and want help living them out with their children.

Free Enterprise

We believe that entrepreneurship and voluntary exchange are the primary engines of human flourishing, and that these ideas should be instilled early.

Family First

We believe parents and grandparents, not schools, advisors, or programs, are the primary architects of their children's character and capability.

Agency Over Dependency

We believe children develop best when they are expected to think, choose, and act for themselves rather than rely on institutions or experts to manage their lives.

Builders, Not Beneficiaries

We believe children should be raised to create value, not simply consume it. Wealth is a starting line, not a finish line.

Earned Identity

We believe identity is forged through contribution and effort, not inherited through last names or trust documents.

Joyful Struggle

We believe that comfort without challenge produces fragility. Children grow through difficulty, not in spite of it.

Families who have done the work and seen the difference

The Callahan family sits together at home.

The Callahan Family

Brisbane, AU

"It changed how we talk about money as a family."

We have three kids between 9 and 17 and were nervous about finding something that worked across different ages. It does. For the first time we're all using the same vocabulary & our family meetings actually mean something.

The Hartley family sits together at home.

The Hartley Family

Melbourne, AU

“We stopped guessing and started having the right conversations.”

We'd been worried about entitlement for years but never had a structured way to address it. After the first few modules, our 7-year-old was already talking about earning, saving, and giving like it was just how things work.

The Morrison family sits together at home.

The Morrison Family

Sydney, AU

"Our 15-year-old launched her first business within a month."

We weren't sure she'd engage. She did. The content gave her a framework she could actually use — not theory, but real steps. She started a small service business and has already reinvested her first profits.

A serious investment for families who are serious about their human capital

The coaching engagement is priced at $100,000 annually.
